Vawa, only one denial letter received for I485
Happy holidays!
I am completely devastated by my case and no longer have the energy to keep fighting.
USCIS sent an RFE back in July, but I never received it. I called multiple times and submitted three separate requests to obtain a copy, yet I never received any response. Eventually, my case was denied.
After the denial, I was waiting to receive both the I-360 and I-485 denial notices to understand the reason for the decision and file a motion to reopen. I have only 33 days to file the motion, and due to the holidays, shipping alone took 8 days.
I received only the I-485 notice, it appears that the I-360 notice is lost as well. At this point, I will not have enough time to request another copy and respond within the required timeframe.
I am extremely exhausted and overwhelmed by this situation. It feels like everything keeps going wrong, and I don’t know how much more I can take.

Not to mentioned that my attorney is on holidays until Jan 5, and I don't have energy to transfer case to another attorney and do everything from the beggining.

why didn’t your attorney obtain a copy? my mom called dem and they emailed a cooy of her rfe

Unfortunately my previos attorney didn't receive copies. I changed attorney today, we are filing motion letter to reopen. Hopefully he can do something, this is insane.
