Here's the overview:
I worked in my current employer's India office for a few years before getting an international mobility move to the US headquarters on a L1 visa. The employer filed for PERM, H1 etc during my L1 visa.
All filings were completed by the employer’s law firm.

Just got Lawfully… long wait and frustrated
Employment based, radio silence since the biometrics back in May 2024…. case always remained current, ROW country.
Priority date Perm filling January 2023.
Lawfully shows my case is 1st but I know it represents a fraction of the entire cases, Emma has never provided any information on case transfer nor RFE’s.
I am definetly filling an e-request within the next days, putting pressure on the lawyers my employer hired (they also show a very slow and not pro active attitude).
Any suggestions or comments are highly appreciated.

Questions they asked me:
When did you come to the U.S.?
Which schools have you attended?
Show transcripts (they reviewed each semester)
Who paid your tuition?
Have you graduated from university?
When did you start working?
When was your EAD approved?
Before working for your sponsor, did you ever work illegally?
Describe your job, sponsor name, how you knew this sponsor, and start date
They checked all my W-2s and keep all my W2s returned all 1040 tax returns
They asked to keep all my 1099 from all my side jobs
Verified sponsor info: name and address
Have you ever left the U.S.? (They asked for Form I-131)
Asked to see birth certificate
Why did I sue USCIS? 😅
Why didn’t you bring a lawyer today?
Do you have a medical exam? (old one expired)
Then 30–40 yes/no questions
Finally, they typed the information into the computer, stamped “approved,” said the card will arrive in 2 weeks, and congratulated me—starting today, I am a permanent resident. Status in the app changed to ‘New card is being produced’ as soon as I stepped outside.
Don’t be afraid ,everyone will reach their destination with a bit of luck. Good luck everyone, and Vietnam ƠI CỐ LÊN 🤞
