EAD taking too long
hello everyone, I’ve never commented on this community before but I use it to track my cases. my I-765 has been on the same update for almost 5 months now and I really don’t know what to do as I need to start working. I sent an expedite on November 13, 2025 and got it denied on November 20th for “not enough evidence” my question is should I reach out to my senetaors or just start looking for work without authorization…

the processing time went from 5 to over 7 months now which is crazy, My friend applied one month before you but nothing. She tried to submit an e-request it said still on processing time.

you have to wait for 5 months which is the processing time at NBC

yeah there’s nothing to do to speed up the process so I guess just live with it for now

Yea, I’ve been waiting since April 2025. Earliest time I can ask about it is January 21st. processing time is 8 months
