@Rocco Forté no this is going to be a combo so the work permit I wouldn’t need after an approval of the green card . they would just void that and give the 10 years green card .

Is the I130 interview different from 485 interview

@Oluwafemi Olasode yea it’s the petitioner form , and the 485 will be about the intending immigrant which would be me. but they are going to go over both at the interview the same time .
