I-130 timeline
hello everyone, I’m just curious about something and would appreciate your help:
I know that for my category (F2A), my I-130 can take a lot more, but recently I saw a couple of people who got theirs approved before the visa bulletin being current and I just wanted to know if that is possible.
I know that I-485 depends on the visa bulletin to be current but I’m not sure if I-130 does as well.

Approved after a Denial
hello, My I-485 was approved yesterday after a Lawsuit I filed in June 2025 since I got denied in May 2025. the reason of the denial was that they did not take my parole I512T (Travel authorization) as a legal entry despite the USCIS memo launched in July 2022. we Sued USCIS because their decision was arbitrary and capricious and against their own LAW. 😊. it’s been a long ans stressful journey so right now I just feel mentally exhausted but relieved. not sure if “happy” because It was awful. wish everyone the best of luck ✨!!! hope you journey is better and smoother.

Is there something wrong with Work permit for SIJS?
I know they don't grant deferred action anymore but what about the ppl who already applied and waited for months? July 6 would be the date I could send an inquiry. Is there still hope for us? The visa Bulletin stopped already and doesn’t seem to move to my PD not after at least 3 years could be more

Yo anybody got their work permit SIJS?
If anyone got approved guys share your story,I applied before new policy i was granted a deffered action, so uscis telling us that we cannot get our EAD’s we have to file when visa becomes available, maybe they are doing something that our PD becomes current, what you think any news?
Upcoming green card interview Baltimore office
Hello all, interview scheduled! 2 weeks from now I'll be in the Baltimore office and wanted some tips/experiences on this specific location.
My husband and I have been married for 2 years and together for 6, needless to say we have a ton of evidence to prove our marriage.
Still nervous about it all, I decided not to have a lawyer with us because our case is very straightforward and clean cut. I am also thinking of uploading the evidence to the USCIS portal a week before the interview, I am still bringing originals and copies the day of.
Please let me know of any information that could be valuable to my husband and I for this big day, thank you!
I-751 Notice
Hello!!
I received a USCIS notification today:
“On June 30, 2025, we received your form I-751, petition to remove conditions on Residence, Receipt number ————— , and sent you a receipt notice or acceptance notice”
I went to the document section to see a preview or the notice but there’s nothing there.
Is this normal? Does this means case was accepted and now they are going to start processing it to make final decision?
