I'm also an F2B applicant, but from September 2019, and I've only received the receipt notification. And since February 2022, it says USCIS is actively reviewing my case. This is a long wait 😔 I've been waiting 2,293 days.

@Jocelyn Andrea García Batista I am in a same category. have you tried to put a request with USCIS. I can only do this in January 2027. You are 1.5 years before me so you should be able to do this now.

@Za daughter S Yes, my dad, who is the petitioner, called USCIS about two months ago, and they told him the case is within the normal processing time, that they don't currently need anything from us, and that they will contact us if they need anything. 😕 This is very stressful. Other cases, for example, from 2022, have already been approved, but nothing from 2019.

@Jocelyn Andrea García Batista this is not true that it is within normal processing time. it is 47.5 months for 80% of cases. you are away above that.

@Za daughter S The lawyer already sent the USCIS e-Request (Outside Normal Processing Time), we're waiting for a response. Thank you so much for the clarification ☺️🙏

@Jocelyn Andrea García Batista The case is that your processing center is California and @Za daughter S is from Benefit Center. California takes longer than other places. This is stressful.

F2B Sept 2017 PD here and my I-130 isn't approved either. My understanding after inquiring several attorneys is that it doesn't really matter if your I-130 is approved if your PD isn't current. You won't get to apply for AOS or combo card until PD is current for filing at least...😓
