@j da Silva and @waiting_since Jan_2020 why don’t you guys do Mandamus?

I have a friend who did mandamus, besides paying 5k for lawyer fees, only thing tha happened was they sent him an RFE, it’s over a year now.

I’m in 41 months and nothing yet 😭

@waiting_since Jan_2020 I don’t trust this administration, USCIS plays a shady game now, definitely they will deny the case.

@Bobur N you just submitted you need wait until 3 -4 years to get it approved after that its another 1-2 years for any pardons if any and 1 year for the 485

@Bobur N your looking arounf 2027close to 2028 to getting it approved unless they doing stuff faster i waited 4 years and im waiting now 1 year plus for 485 total like 6 years waiting
