What kind of proof is required for vaccinations for medical exam with I-485

can anyone share what kind of vaccination proof is needed for the medical? or no proof is needed and everything is tested? I am from India and am worried I might not have proof of all vaccinations.

@K S if you dont have proof of past vaccinations in india, then u will need to retake them again
