Hi I applied for n400 under military basis during period of hostilities when I applied I was still in service I included the n426 signed saying honorable service after applying I received an uncharacterized discharge for performance and conduct I saw on the USCIS website that an uncharacterized discharge is considered honorable for immigration purposes but I'm stressed about how the interview will go after the discharge anybody can help me or maybe has the same case as me my separation code is JGA and re-entry code is 3 I served for total of 2 months.

Hello, yesterday i paid my 2 Fee in the NVC page, once i made the payment the status went to IN-PROGRESS, today i reviewed and the status switched back to pay now
what do i do in this situation, wait the 2-3 business days or summit a new payment?

It’s been 15 days since my permanent residence was approved on June 24th, and I haven’t received any update on my case or whether my green card has been produced or mailed. I also called the USCIS contact center, and they told me I just have to wait. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? My interview office was in San Bernardino, California. I hope to hear some helpful comments and that you can help me with this question. Thank you!

I applied for I-485 along with EAD and AP on April 17, 2025 with IOE (NBC). I checked with the api and found an update, checked with Emma and found that my EAD and AP cases have been moved to Nebraska. is that good news? are these applications moving forward?
i-485 got transferred to Vermont
Hi Everyone ,
So my Vawa got approved 6 months ago. My i485 application was transferred to my field office almost after 4 months . Yesterday i called Uscis and they told me my case is transferred back to Vermont without interview. I am really confused and scared. IS this happened to anyone? please help
