I file VAWA Oct 2022 only received 2 Prima facie

@bless Emma I am Feb 2022 and only received 2PF as well. Did you ever contact USCIS on this matter?

I’m October 2022 and I got 5 prima facie

Aug 2022 with 6PF

it doesn’t mean anything. Prima facies don’t guarantee any approval. just wait and see what happens with your case. nobody knows what will happen as a next step.

I have quick question: if your vawa is pending and got a baby with another woman that woman is not your wife does it affect your vawa??

@Mark Douglas I mean, if you are separated ( not necessarily divorced ) from your ex wife , I dont see a problem having baby with other woman.

@Tee Boy doesn't really mean anything you still have at least a year to go

@Mark Douglas you having a baby doesn't affect your VAWA you can't get married though until you get approved

PF is really nothing I filed Feb 2021, approved Dec 2022 and never received a single PF. @Mark Douglas In as much as you’re separated or divorce from the other woman you’re good, you just can’t marry her while your VAWA is pending

@Mili Carrillo From VAWA to Citizen took me Feb 2021 to August 2024, took 3 years and 6 months, I am in the Army tho. I married Citizen in between

@Mary V no I ask my lawyer she said no how under this administration to wait there is nothing can be done right now . I married to citizens but look like it’s not matter like before people used to get true within 3:5 years

@bless Emma no I did not contact USCIS but I did contact my senator. I am still waiting for any updates. I just received the news that my EAD renewal has been approved! I submitted my renewable application in June

I’m March 2023 too
