missing EAD...USPS misplaced my EAD Card

USPS misplaced my EAD card I reapplied but I have not gotten any receipt notice over a month now what should I do i.need help

on July 5th, after the fireworks, I was apparently suppose to receive an update on my EAD via mail notice. my husband and I were out for a day of shopping and sometime to ourselves. when we arrived back home, there was a big healthy handsome half boxer/pug who sought refuge under our awning from the hot sun that day! the poor boy was spooked during all of the fireworks the night before and ran from home. although I was so happy to have helped the doggo, and we did get him back to his owner, when I got a update this morning on my USCIS account, it showed the notice was returned, marked could not be delivered. handsome Brody under our awning scared the postman away 😭😭😭😭😭 #EAD #I756 #stillwaiting #K1 #AOS

I-130 process timeline

Hi guys, My husband filed an I-130 petition for me on June 16, 2024. It's now been over a year with no updates, and the receipt number starts with #IOE. The case is being processed at the #VermontServiceCenter. I'm wondering if anyone else is in a similar situation or has recently received updates after a long wait? We haven't heard anything, and I'm feeling a bit lost on what to do next. Any insights into typical timelines, or recent progress stories from similar cases would be incredibly helpful! Hey guys we have finally finished up the process and just gotta wait for my passport to get back! America here we come 😁 Australia Based consular processing Started as CR1 turned to IR1 Timeline: I130 submission 9/8/2023 Case received 11/8/2023 Case actively reviewed: 21/4/2025 Case approved: 22/4/2025 Case sent to DOS: 25/4/2025 After submitting all documents case was DQ 16/5/2025 Interview Date received: 23/5/2025 Medical booked through medclinic for: 6/6/2025 Interview and approval 8/8/2025 This is a simplified version as I’m standing on a train heading back home 😂 interview went well. Make sure you photocopy original divorce decree documents, I brought the originals and they seems mad at me ☹️ but they were honestly fine, the person doing the interview was lovely and actually had a sense of humour. Questions asked: How did you meet? How was the wedding? Have you met her family? How many times and what was your longest stay in the US? Do you plan on visiting Israel or Palestine? This is very mentally challenging and still doesn’t feel real but don’t give up no matter how hard it gets.

Can anyone confirm that the 60 day rule doesnt apply to medicals anymore, meaning if you get a civil surgeon to sign your medicals they can be submitted to uscis anytime afterwards and not necessarily within 60 days of the surgeon signing? My Vawa case is pending but I want the medicals to be ready and sent asap once VAWA is approved and I get an rfe for i693.

After submitting a Motion to Reopen for a denied I-485 application, how long does it usually take to receive a response?

Did anyone had their green card approved last year and now uscis reopened your case? my attorney hasn’t given much information besides that some were open by mistake bc of the new administration but at the same time, don’t want to lose what I have build so far :(
