If your application is strong, you will get approval within 45 business days (not including weekends and holidays, i.e. about 2 months). If your application is not strong, they will assign RFE and you might need to reply and wait for another 45 business days. Total time could be 90 business days, equivalent to decision within 4 months.

how did you confirm the received date for your premium processing? The online case status for mine hasn’t updated to show I upgraded to premium processing.

When we submit I140 as a regular processing first, it shows the received date. If we request premium processing after sometime, it will not show the separate received date for premium processing. If you are sending by FedEx, you can track your package to know when it was delivered to the USCIS office.
