Emma said the same to me and its been 10months now after she said that case has been transferred to Sacramento field office. I didn’t hear anything.

@Renata Mendonca I just asked her that I want to know the status of my application and which field office it is at the moment.

my case was at San Fernando FO, then moved to my local field office, now at National Benefits Center, still waiting

Sent it to Texas Service Center, then it was sent to San Fernando FO, then sent to my Local FO, now at NBC

@Raw Grace from my experience, Sacramento is very very slow and they mix things up a lot! they denied my i485 due to not showing up for interview! I ddint even receive any letter for interview at all! the letter came after they already denied me! how am I supposed to know I have an interview when I ddint receive any notice ? my lawyer spoke to them and they said it’s was usps fault! I called USPS and they said the time stamp on the notice was when they received it and delivered it! the time stamp was after the said interview 😩😩😩I had to file 290b though it’s approved but my i485 is still pending and no movement yet!! it’s really tiring!!

@Raw Grace yes! I was moved from Nebraska to Sacramento field office and this happened!!! my husband got approved at Nebraska and they was no issue!!

@soon approval 🙏🏿🙏🏿 A local field office is usually within the state where you live and not necessarily where your application first went to. Do you live in California?
