AOS accepted but does not meet requirement?
Hello everyone,
yesterday we were finally DQed and got an E-Mail that the interview will be scheduled. We also got a message on ceac.state.gov saying:
“This case does not meet the minimum requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants. To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 from a joint sponsor may be submitted. For more information visit https://NVC.state.gov/aos. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/I-864p.”
This message came a few seconds before we got DQed which I don’t understand. They also say they have everything to schedule an interview. Also: in our profile all documents for the AOS have been accepted and the status in the profile for the AOS is also “accepted”?
Also: my husband is my sponsor and makes more than double the required minimum income so I don’t quite understand why we got this message?
Can anyone help or has experience with this? Do we still need a joint sponsor?
Sent my RFE but never got a response or update
my rfe was delivered 4/4/2023 and still no updates not even a notice that they received my rfe. I talked to emma and they said i have to wait 60 days before contacting them.

Should we apply for K-3?
The agency that is helping with my wife’s case advised us not to apply for a K-3 visa because it would delay the process. We are applying as the spouse of a US citizen and our PD is June 13 2022. We are still waiting for I-130. The website says 4 months left. At this stage, would it be worth it to try for K-3?

Expedite EAD
Hi all, for those of you who successfully and unsuccessfully expedite EAD card, could you please provide me with information? My F-1 STEM OPT EAD card will be expired soon (within a month😩) I recently contacted USCIS via phone and requested to expedite my EAD card due to financial loss. (no paperwork was provided as the person didn't ask for it) They told me that I should receive an email within 7 business days
1. I am wondering if they actually get back to you via email within 7 business days? (bc I heard that some people never heard anything back from them)
2. In the email, did they tell you the decision (approve/deny) or did they only ask you to provide more evidences then they will make a decision later?
3. How long did it take them to get back to you with the decision?
4. If they asked for evidence, what documents did you submit? (I will try to prepare them ahead of time and hopefully have them ready when they request)
5. For those who got approved, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
thank you so much for your time on reading this!!
you are not alone, I am refreshing the case status page every two minutes too

SERVICE REQUEST
I reached out to an agent today and expressed to ger that my i130 was filed almost 17 months ago and my RFE has been 100 days since my 2nd ACTIVELY REVIEWING. I feel like my case was supposed to be update by now. She told me that she will file a service request for me. I don't know what the hell a service request does. ANYONE CAN GIVE A FEED BACK ABOUT THIS SITUATION?
God answers 🙏 prayers
