Sent my RFE but never got a response or update
my rfe was delivered 4/4/2023 and still no updates not even a notice that they received my rfe. I talked to emma and they said i have to wait 60 days before contacting them.

I have the same issues they receive my RFE for the medical but never got a response or update

The 60 day period they put in their RFEs is not mandatory so basically, they can go over it for any time they see fit. I replied to an RFE they sent me over 8 months ago, filed 2 service requests and they just keep ignoring my case. Hang on and wait patiently.

not always they send a notice of reception, I sent mine in 3/21/23 and they approved on 04/19/23 never get a reception msg

my medical rfe was delivered to them 202 days ago not even acknowledgement that they receive it, I filed service request they asked me to wait for 60days again

@Harry Ben any update we are in the same boat rfe received in November 4 it was medical exam and still nothing my case from 2020
