I-485 Approved After Interview Yesterday
Hi everyone!
I just wanted to give an update that my I-485 just got approved after the interview yesterday. The I-130 isn’t approved yet and it’s still under actively review. Hope I can receive an approval soon! I am happy to answer any questions!

hello everyone,
I and my wife got an email from uscis 34days after we sent in an inquiry concerning our i130 being out of normal processing time and we was told that they going to get back to us in the next 45days…
my question is as anybody gotten this kind of email from uscis and how many days did it to get an approval after the response email from uscis ?? pls any knowledge about this would really be appreciated

I filed my I-485, I-601, and I-765 together and got approved right after I finished my I-485 interview.

I-130 LPR filing for child
I am a LPR and recently filed I-130 for my son who lives with me in the US, but cannot adjust status here. He is in F2A category, and will have to go for a visa interview back in my country. Can someone who has had a similar situation share their experience and the process pls. Are you required to do biometrics here? Are other documents needed to be filed along with I-130? I know a I-601A waiver needs a to be filed, when should I submit it?
I finally got approved after 7 months of waiting. We submitted application at NBC and was processed in Washington Field Office in Fairfax VA. I also did my interview at the same field office.

I - 601A - Consular Processing
My visa was approved April 27th in 2023 in La Paz, Bolivia. My receipt date was 3/31/20, with the Nebraska Service Center and biometrics were taken on 12/18/20. My lawyer sent an individual writ of mandamus on September 29th, 2022 and my I-601A was approved on October 13th, 2022. On February 6th, 2023, NVC deemed my case documentarily qualified and on March 7th, 2023, my interview was scheduled for April 27th, 2023. My petitioner was my father, a US Citizen and I am an unmarried adult son beneficiary. This journey started in 2010 and it finally came to an end.
Mi visa fue aprobada el 27 de abril de 2023 en La Paz, Bolivia. La fecha de recibo de mi I-601A fue el 31 de marzo de 2020, con el Centro de servicio de Nebraska y los datos biométricos se tomaron el 18 de diciembre de 2020. Mi abogada envió “writ of mandamus” individual el 29 de septiembre de 2022 y mi I-601A fue aprobado el 13 de octubre de 2022.
