anyone still waiting for their EAD from 2022? I’m an August filer.
did everything I can - congressional inquiry, expedite request and nothing. Trying to not feel defeated but it’s hard. I just want my EAD

NBC service center :/ it’s frustrating for sure. I feel like there’s a big chunk of 2022 missing from approvals

yup!! waiting since April 25th 2022. switched to VAWA November 2022. Filed 4 expedite request, 1 is a congressional inquiry. still nothing

@Millie w Same boat. You're in NBC....but in wich state are u cause when it's NBC is your local office who proccess your case. So in wich state you are?

mine is based on job loss. they literally told me they’re okay with me losing my job of 6 years… I don’t get it.

@Jose Pimentel I’m in Washington State but it’s at NBC so it should be processed in NBC if it’s EAD.

my EAD is at NBC also and I’ve been waiting 10 months. expedite request in October of 2022. received an email saying ‘we will make a decision on your expedite request shortly’ back in February, and nothing yet. multiple service requests, and still nothing:(

oh I saw on Hilities EAD cases right before and after me got approved. also a lot of 0917 as well. I’m hoping it’s a good sign?

Nope only an email from the congressman on Monday that they will be putting my case for expedited review so just back to waiting again
