SERVICE REQUEST
I reached out to an agent today and expressed to ger that my i130 was filed almost 17 months ago and my RFE has been 100 days since my 2nd ACTIVELY REVIEWING. I feel like my case was supposed to be update by now. She told me that she will file a service request for me. I don't know what the hell a service request does. ANYONE CAN GIVE A FEED BACK ABOUT THIS SITUATION?

I’m in same situation. I called an agent, he sent a service request to the officer in charge of my case in my field office to know why my 1485 is being delayed, they send me a letter from my field office apologizing for the delay, but promised that my case is pending ajducation, and they don’t know how long it will take for the office ajducate my case.

same…. I got a response from the service request I sent on 4/4. basically they said they’re behind and I should get a response within 90 days of THAT date…. which means I have to wait in 7/3/23. my status is received RFE been like that since 12/19/22z. my pd is 9/10/2021

same happened to us. after second review we got approval in within three days

Geez! I was assuming that there would have been an approval under documents since my 2nd ACTIVELY REVIEWING. Seems like there must be a third...lol

I am truly waiting for a favorable response from them. Let's see what those one will say.
