i-130 outside of processing time request approved
Hi fams. wanna share my news with you. my wife is a citizen and I am adjusting my status. today the outside of processing time request was approved. I received the response by email, but still dont see any changes on myUSCIS account. any ideas?

What We Have Done
This case was approved by the California Service Center and an approval notice was mailed to the address of record.
Once an initial I-129F or I-130 petition has been approved by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, (unless your I-130 was approved for local adjustment), it is forwarded to the National Visa Center which is an entity of the State Department (DOS). The State Department (DOS) controls visa issuance. Once with the State Department, USCIS no longer has jurisdiction or access to the petition.

Hi Lawfully app Community and Dear Fellow Immigrants.
I have filed for I-751 on February 2021 and one May 1st 2021 my case appeared as Fingerprints/Biometrics were taken. in the mean Time I received an 18 month extension, 24 month extension, and a 48 month extension less than 10’days ago. 3 days after receiving the 3rd extension and after 700+ days my case appeared denied on case tracker app, which stated by the USCIS that I will receive a letter with explanation and instructions on what to do. so I received the Letter of Explanation it says I didnot responded to RFE by USCIS back in June-July 2022 which I have never recieved an RFE and would’ve gladly submitted more documents. now that My Green Card is Terminated based on what it says on the app and denies me to work and Travel. just go ahead and file a Motion. I’m just in Shock and disappointed, I never bothered USCIS to see what’s going on with my case I tought they are having a backlog so I just respectfully sat back and tought they would do their thing. what should I do and what should I expect next? has anyone been trough this? and if you have I’m very sorry cause I feel how you felt. advice would be appreciated. thank you in Advace and best of Luck on your journeys you hardworking ambitious fellow Immigrants.

I-485 Medical RFE
Hello folks,
For those who have submitted their I-485 medical RFE, please how long did it take for USCIS to acknowledge receiving it and whats the average wait time for approval after acknowledging receipt of medical RFE?
I swear these guys are driving me crazy….. Sent in my medical last Thursday 20th April and USPS delivered 21st April 2023. Its been four days now and no acknowledgment online.

i received a RFe for my i-130
hi ! everyone so the reason they proof is resl the marriage, but i have more than 10 years in a relationship with my wife but when her did the i-130 she living another apt in the same complex but don’t do te charge of uscis and my i-485 was with the actual address, so my ask is i can send with new one or charge on uscis and send with the old address? just that for approval i am very sad 3 years and now that

regarding spouse visa interview
anyone in same phase who’s documentry qualfied on dec22,2022 ? i received update on feb22nd ,2023 from nvc they said i am still in visa queue and you will get another update after 60 days but till now no update . please share your experience if anyone have same dq date and get interview .
