i751 Denied
Hi Lawfully app Community and Dear Fellow Immigrants.
I have filed for I-751 on February 2021 and one May 1st 2021 my case appeared as Fingerprints/Biometrics were taken. in the mean Time I received an 18 month extension, 24 month extension, and a 48 month extension less than 10’days ago. 3 days after receiving the 3rd extension and after 700+ days my case appeared denied on case tracker app, which stated by the USCIS that I will receive a letter with explanation and instructions on what to do. so I received the Letter of Explanation it says I didnot responded to RFE by USCIS back in June-July 2022 which I have never recieved an RFE and would’ve gladly submitted more documents. now that My Green Card is Terminated based on what it says on the app and denies me to work and Travel. just go ahead and file a Motion. I’m just in Shock and disappointed, I never bothered USCIS to see what’s going on with my case I tought they are having a backlog so I just respectfully sat back and tought they would do their thing. what should I do and what should I expect next? has anyone been trough this? and if you have I’m very sorry cause I feel how you felt. advice would be appreciated. thank you in Advace and best of Luck on your journeys you hardworking ambitious fellow Immigrants.

Get a lawyer; you should be able to send the evidence that you’ve replied the RFE.

I had a friend who had this issue she told me she never received any rfe. she went to her lawyer and refile the case.

I never received an RFE, the lawyer is saying to file the Motion + another i751 and n-400 at the same and I’m looking at $10k cost. so let’s see where this leads

i think your best bet is to refile i751 or n-400 if you’re eligible. you don’t need a lawyer to file all those things. but get a consultation if you can which shoudlnt cost too much. i feel like motions are usually lengthy and ends up with nothing positive. or do some lawyer shopping who can look at your case for cheaper. a lot of incompetent lawyers out there. I’m sorry for what happened, i hope things will be alright

file a motion which is basically an appeal and explain the situation and send the evidence requested along with the fee required for the motion and you should be fine

Any updates on your case?
I'm at that same situation. I also NEVER got that letter, got my 48 months extension and a few days later got that non sense deniel. We filed a motion and while it was pending I've got invited to the N-400 interview which I passed but they said I need to wait for final decision on my GC which was reopened later but that's it. Now more than 5 months after my interview. Endless non sense waiting for no reason, no explanation, no sorry and life of all of my family on hold with no ability to plan anything. I was immediately denied my work authorization which resulted automatically losing my access to platforms like Upwork and never was able to recover it since then. Plus all of that delays are causing my family lots of experiences.
