Today, we foind that 130 is approved!!
Now the final one is I-485, which was filed concurrently.
Now does that processing time on uscis kicks in? Should we expect the processing time beginnIng now? I'm confused.

Actively reviewing I-130 Petition
Filed my I-130 online and got reciept on Feb 6th 2023. By March 8th, the case status changed to "actively reviewing.." Not sure how much longer before a next change in case status. Anyone knows?

second time Case is being actively reviewed
hello dear community,
I had my marriage based interview in May last year, and since then I haven’t gotten any decision. Last Friday my status changed from “Interview was scheduled” to “Case is being actively reviewed”, so that it’s my second time it’s being reviewed. I got so excited and I was checking the documents tab ever since, and guess what - there is nothing there…
I just wanted to see if someone is in the same boat?
all I read is that people fine an approval right after the status has changed to actively reviewed, but I guess it’s not my story.
finally!!
my N-400 was denied a few years ago because I was already a citizen through my father. This journey was long but I can finally have a us passport and save on visa fees etc when traveling. 🥳🥳🥳
