So i got my i130approved and i got rfe for medical from queens fo. I uploaded a copy of the medical online which they received same time and also mailed the sealed copy is it an issue to do that way??
I need to know if it an issue to do that way or I should have just mailed the medical without without uploading a copy

INTERVIEW DATE SET!!
Checked my email about an hour ago and saw the Interview date there, I think I bursted into tears but it feels so unreal to actually have a date set!!! My husband and I are so excited and cannot wait!! June 26,2023 is now marked down!!!
Question: As the spouse are you allowed to attend the interview too?
EAD and AP based in AOS approved
My EAD and AP based in an AOS were approved one day after my husband’s (I’m the primary applicant). I’m currently on an H-1B1 (For Chileans and Singaporeans) and waiting for my residency under EB3-2. The gap you see between the I-131 and the I-765 is because they lost them and gave us a number one month later, after sending an inquiry, so it would probably have been approved a lot faster if that didn’t happen. #EB3-2

Hi friends! I received an RFE on april 5 vía mail,, that we Will answer by friday.
But the case status just didn't change. It still shows finguerprint taken.....
Anynody in the same situation? they Will updates it when they received the answer??

The RFE was for my husband and my son and not for me... I Hope there is no any missing RFE in the mail...that we don't eveb know It exist.
