So i got my i130approved and i got rfe for medical from queens fo. I uploaded a copy of the medical online which they received same time and also mailed the sealed copy is it an issue to do that way??
I need to know if it an issue to do that way or I should have just mailed the medical without without uploading a copy

the medical has to always been in a sealed envelope and not to be opened. They might penalized you or asked you to re-do it.
