REF received but no updates in the case estatus
Hi friends! I received an RFE on april 5 vía mail,, that we Will answer by friday.
But the case status just didn't change. It still shows finguerprint taken.....
Anynody in the same situation? they Will updates it when they received the answer??

The RFE was for my husband and my son and not for me... I Hope there is no any missing RFE in the mail...that we don't eveb know It exist.

I have noticed a pattern between expedite requests and RFEs. I wish I hadn't done an expedite. It led to an RFE that took me to a retrogression.

hi ! i am having the same situation. 🥹
i was worried because I asked on many groups on Facebook and no one had situations like us.
i received RFE letter in mail back in mid February, responded RFE ( for medicinal) in late March. My case status only showing case was transferred to another office in beginning of February. Same thing to both my and my spouse case
But I did not make any expedite request.

RFE for my husband they asked for docs already sent like last payments, letter that he continue working..... and criminal records.. the we get right away from FBI.. and Spain.. he is clean si nothing to be afraid. For my son the medical eveb twe sent them...maybe because he is a child and by the time we applied there were not COVID vaccine for child ..... anyway we did It again and sent
