Pics with family and friends . vacations together . taxes filed together . lease or living arrangements . joint phone bills , drivers license with same address, joint utility bills, affidavits from friends and family attesting to the validity of your marriage . Letters to both of you to the same address. receipts of gifts to each other . letter from work showing both of you as each others emergency contacts etc do you have a lawyer ?

I had same letter on Feb 21 2023, and I sent taxes, gym membership, apt lease, pictures with dates, places and names, travel tickets, internet bills, bank statements a lot, insurance toguether, I work in an airline so he is in my travel benefits I sent that, dental insurance we are toguether, letter of my doctor saying he is my emergency contact, letters of friends talking about our marriage notarized, and letters of each other, I contacted a lawyer but basically they just gave me orientation, but honestly made me feel more confident, I sent all in March 19th 2023 and they approved in April 19th 😃hope that helps a bit
