Write of mandamus
Can I file a write of mandamus even tho my case is the normal proceeding time? On internet they say you can write a Mandamus after 2 years of filing your application. But the processing time for my offce is 30 month. I sm waiting since 23 months so it is almost 2 years…

@adv jj - Do it like right now if you can afford, it’s really worth it! My PD is Oct 2021, no response after biometrics. Then I finally decided to file the madamus in Feb 2023, my case is approved today without interview.
