I finally got my GC it was a long process since I got denied back in 2021 and had to start all over again 🤦🏽♀️ I was surprised I wasn’t called in for interview because I didn’t provide a lot of evidence (not even one picture) but God did it!! I know there’s people waiting longer than me but hang in there you’ll get it when u least expect it! feel free to ask any questions!
Reaching out to congress person
I‘m almost out of processing time for my EAD. Nothing has happened since July 22 and I did two expedite requests that were ignored. I am considering contacting my senator. I was wondering if their political opinions (on immigration) have any influence on whether they would help or not. Maybe someone has experience with reaching out to them and could answer this question!
Transition from F1 to family based Gc
I have applied for GC last Sep 2022 and right now I am on F1 OPT which is going to expire Jun 14 but since RFE was submitted on Apr 3 I still have time for extension I am hoping that my GC before that. Since now I am trying to change my job I need to have valid visa for 6 months. Any idea or suggestion on what I should do or till when I can get my green card.
Do I have any chance of getting I765 approved before my OPT expiring?
Any suggestions?

I have been getting the same inquiry response for so long. How long does it take for them to review a case? When I ask Emma she tells me to not reach out because there’s nothing they can do as long as I am within processing times; processing times are outrageous. We have been waiting since November of 2021. Trying to stay positive. 🫠

my vawa application was denied on may 1st 2023. which I applied in June 16 2020. I received an RFe regarding the deficiency proof of abuse. even though I submitted utilities photos affidavits psychologist report. what’s the next step I can proceed further. any suggestions.

How can I expedite this…??
Hi fellow friends.
I got an RFE at the end of March and my attorney sent the response on April via mail, I uploaded this into the portal just in case, and they confirmed that they got both, but this wait is killing me, since the RFE they asked doesn’t apply to me since I’m married to a US Citizen, I still complied with what they were asking for and we send that out. But it’s frustrating that I was so close, because they got my case in their hands the same day they approved my I-130. I tried to submit a case inquiry but I can’t, I used the inbox tool in USCIS, any other advise?
