How can I expedite this…??
Hi fellow friends.
I got an RFE at the end of March and my attorney sent the response on April via mail, I uploaded this into the portal just in case, and they confirmed that they got both, but this wait is killing me, since the RFE they asked doesn’t apply to me since I’m married to a US Citizen, I still complied with what they were asking for and we send that out. But it’s frustrating that I was so close, because they got my case in their hands the same day they approved my I-130. I tried to submit a case inquiry but I can’t, I used the inbox tool in USCIS, any other advise?

@oliver WP proof that I was on legal status when I submitted my AOS, which I was and we sent all that with the initial package, but I am married to a USC, it shouldn’t matter. it’s frustrating

yeah that doesn’t make sense. if you are married to a citizen it shouldn’t matter. I guess they just want to know for their records

best thing to do is wait! i know that it’s hard. if you read the notice, it says to make an inquiry in 60 days. i sent my rfe in February and just got approved last week. i called after around day 70 to make an inquiry.
