Did not receive RFE and online status did not indicate RFE was sent
I reached out to the congressman who inquired on my case, and USCIS responded saying that an RFE was issued on March 27th. I never received this RFE and they never updated my case status to show that an RFE was issued. I would have been waiting in vain if I didn’t reach out to the congressman.
I have created a service request to let them know I didn’t receive this RFE and I have sent them a letter.
my question is how long does one have to respond to RFE? it has been more than 30 days since they said they sent the #RFE
hi everyone! I have a I-140 approved on Feb15. on March 14 my case was transferred to NBC. I have not received anything after that. How long should I wait to receive the RFE for exams? thanks

ALERT: The U.S. Department of Homeland Security updated the processing for all pending Forms I-134A filed under the processes for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans. On a daily basis, approximately half of applications will be selected for review at random by USCIS. The other half will continue to be reviewed in chronological order based on their filing date, using a first in, first out methodology. Duplicate Form I-134A filings for the same beneficiary will be rejected.
These changes will give all individuals with pending Forms I-134A an opportunity to be selected each day, while also guaranteeing that those who have been waiting the longest will be processed.

I sent my employment based 485 to NBC. Multiple Emma agents have told me it has been transferred to Nebraska Service Center the first week of May.
Why would this happen? I thought NBC was the center that processed AOS?

Case was received on 09/30/2022 went to actively review on 10/05/2022. They requested I-693 and they received it 30 days ago. I talked to live agent today for update and she said my interview was waived as of 10/05/2022 ???? and to check again in 30 days if I don’t hear back ?
anyone got a similar situation ???
