i received the letter from them in the mid of july i sent all the docs to the lawyer he made sure all docs in good condition and sent it in August but they didn’t confirmed receving until september

@Ray K they’re obligated to give you a decision. they can’t deny it based on the lawsuit if everything else met lawful standards.

my wife lives outside the US ..i applied 3 months after my marriage..the problem is the office that i went to when i wanted to apply made a mistake they did not send the official divorce paper of my previous marriage because we couldn’t have a copy because of corona so She decided to send the religious divorce paper..after 2 years they asked for the official divorce cert and marriage bonafide i hired a lawyer and sent all the requested docs but until now nothing happened
