@qais alkhazali if you are from Jordan or Egypt uscis accepts expedite requests without providing any proofs .. my brother in law from Egypt and he applied for his wife on Feb/2022 .. first actively reviewed was on Jun/2022 and nothing after that .. Feb/2023 he requested to expedite the process through Emma live chat .. one week after they sent him RFE for marriage certificate ( half Arabic half English) they don’t accept translating ones anymore.. he responded by mail same month and next day he got approved .. now his wife already DQ at nvc and she’s waiting for her interview

@qais alkhazali wait till next month when your case already on one year then expedite again .. reason of expedite humanitarian reasons.. write a letter explaining everything and mail it to the service center.. I can help you when you start writing it .. just mention me here next month and I’ll help you go through this

@Nader Alnatsheh because there is only few visas for those countries every month .. and the wait after the DQ is a little long .. my Neighbor from Jordan and she petitioned her husband.. applied last year on Jan and he got approved after expedite request on Jan of this year .. he got DQ last month but he’s still waiting for the interview.. this what she told me .. out of her experience

@roro April 2022 I'm from jordan, and my case passed 429 days at vermomt center.. How I can expidate my case using Emma?
Also, can you write the steps and the letter of reasons to expidate.
I appreciate your help but it takes more than expected, and it's hard to wait all these days.
