NBC -> FO -> NBC
Hello guys!
I did chat with Emma last week(05/04/2023) and she said "Case being transferred to Albany FO. Both I-485 and I-765".
But Idid check again today, she said "The cases came back to NBC from Albany FO same as above date (05/04/2023).
Could you tell me what this situation is like? I'm so confusing about this situation.

Cancellation of tourist B2 visa and 5-year penalty
Can anyone tell me what type of waiver is required to re-apply for a tourist visa that was canceled when the person was entering the U.S. because the last entry was for 8 months (6 months initial + 2 with extension) and was trying to re-enter with only 3 months of being abroad? The visa was canceled at the port of entry by CBP and he was given the 5-year punishment. I would like to know what kind of waiver and if you know the cost to be paid with the average processing time. THANK YOU.
Medical RFE replied but case status still shows Biometric
is it common where the 485 application never updates? Last month, I received a mail to submit medical RFE and it’s been a week since I sent the medical forms but there is no acknowledgement or case status updates.
I checked with Emma and apparently she gave me even outdated info like my case is still with service center even though the RFE I replied was on a service center. Any idea how to get the case status updates other than waiting for Mail for final adjudication?
