Does anyone have any idea what I should expect from this mail coming or what evidence they might possible need.
Update on the EB-4 Backlog
Firstly, the latest Visa Bulletin for June 2023 was published today, maintaining the cut-off date of September 1, 2018.
Secondly, in response to the ongoing border crisis, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has announced plans to establish a family parole program specifically for applicants from Colombia, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras. Under this program, individuals with approved I-130 petitions (whether new applications will be accepted is still uncertain) may be granted parole to enter the United States and be issued work visas.
If this initiative is implemented, these countries may experience a significant increase in visa applications, potentially reaching the 7% per country cap. Consequently, they would be considered "oversubscribed" in the family-based preferences (Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador are already oversubscribed in the employment-based preference, courtesy of the Special Immigrant Juveniles backlog). Given oversubscription in both employment and family-based preferences, a separate column may be created to accommodate them, along with a distinct cut-off date. Such a development could effectively alleviate the backlog in the EB-4 category.

751 pending after interview because my file wasn’t at the office.
on January 31 my spouse and I had the interview for 751 . I was also schedule for N400 application the same day and the officer didn’t interview me for naturalization she said bacause my A file wasn’t there at the office.
is this normal that this happen? it’s been 90 days since my 751 interview and no updates or decision has been made since then….
has this happen to any of you?. I don’t know what to do I think my file is lost

I have an MBA with 15 years experience working in non-profit supporting entrepreneurship development. Self petitioned. Received RFE challenging the 3 prongs. I think my proposed endeavor was not very clear, so I wrote another one with a clearer proposed endeavor, got 4 more references and added new supporting documents. Did not use lawyer and I did not use premium.

Has Anyone tried to use the ‘unsolicited evidence’ tab on USCIS’s website to add additional evidences that are not requested?
Does that help with your application processing time?
