751 pending after interview because my file wasn’t at the office.
on January 31 my spouse and I had the interview for 751 . I was also schedule for N400 application the same day and the officer didn’t interview me for naturalization she said bacause my A file wasn’t there at the office.
is this normal that this happen? it’s been 90 days since my 751 interview and no updates or decision has been made since then….
has this happen to any of you?. I don’t know what to do I think my file is lost

my mother had same issue they scheduled her after two months or so but be cautious as in her interview they asked all questions regarding me interview lasted 2 hours and 30 min …if u have another case going on in ur family be prepared for it ….

@fit lifestyle Contact your senator and congressman and ask them for help with your case. Also put in service requests

yes it works sometimes. The other alternative is to filed a lawsuit but that costs $5,000.

Hi I have the same situation! I interviewed on Mar 14 for N400 and they didn't have my A file at the office. Did you hear back from them?
