4 Days since actively reviewing for the second time…
There’s nothing in the documents tabs after a second review.. this isn’t good I guess. did anyone experience this in where you got a second active review and approved days later. Most people get the approval the same day. now I wonder if it’s an RFE but there’s only the receipt notice in the document tab. any thoughts?

I have a quick question. I applied for the I-140, I-485, and I-131 concurrently. I am the petitioner on the case, and my I-140 was approved two weeks ago. On the 25th, my wife, who is my dependent on the case, received an RFE medical exam letter before me. Is that normal? And will she receive her GC before me?

Hlo guys I wanna know if any of you got approved for EAD who expedite as a health care worker am registered nurse and I expedite my case second time and they are asking me further evidence I have letter from my employer and proof of my profession plus job letter is their anything else I should include ? or what should I write in cover letter , please help me in this

Case transferred to Orlando Office
Hello all,
I got an email from my lawyer an hour ago notifying me that my case has been transferred to the Orlando FO, and that may have my interview waived.
I just wanted to ask you all how to best go about this. Should I email my further evidence in or drop it off? (Definitely won’t be mailing it in)
Also my lawyer said I have to submit a sealed cooy of my medical exam, which I have, but I also have a PDF of my results, so can I just submit that if I decide to go the online route?
