health care worker expedite
Hlo guys I wanna know if any of you got approved for EAD who expedite as a health care worker am registered nurse and I expedite my case second time and they are asking me further evidence I have letter from my employer and proof of my profession plus job letter is their anything else I should include ? or what should I write in cover letter , please help me in this

Add you ead receipt notice, a cover letter explainingthe urgent need of your ead. smthe subject of your cover should state the criteria of healthcare worker, there is a section in uscis website on that. Also reach out to your congressman so they can expedite on your behalf. you can try this two ways at the same time.

here is what I did.
cover letter: primary reason is being an healthcare provider (athletic trainer) and the secondary reason is personal financial hardship. I also stated that I live at my mother in law’s house. if I can work, I will be able to contribute to the house hold.
documents for healthcare provider: certification + state license + previous job offer letter (since I couldn’t work due to not having EAD) + current job offer + a letter from future supervisor (she indicated the shortage of athletic trainer)
documents for personal financial hardship: bank account statements ( the most current one) and credit card bills (the most current one).
a month later, my EAD got approved.
