I-140 Approved. Thank you Jesus ππΎ
I have an MBA with 15 years experience working in non-profit supporting entrepreneurship development. Self petitioned. Received RFE challenging the 3 prongs. I think my proposed endeavor was not very clear, so I wrote another one with a clearer proposed endeavor, got 4 more references and added new supporting documents. Did not use lawyer and I did not use premium.

@KOE KOE well, I didnβt no it was going to take that long and honestly using lawyer also does not guarantee quick approval. I was tempted to upgrade to premium 2 weeks ago but I decided to be patient and wait another month to see what happens. If I had upgraded to premium I would have just dashed them free 2,500 π

@Ola LovedbyJesus Congrat once again,
I understand the reason most people wants
to do it themselve. The reason people use attorney just at the first stage (I-140) is to catch any potential problems and to reduce the RFE that can occur. Some attorney can charge you less ($3k) and do a good job.
well itβs in the past now, and Iβm happy you finally got it.

Congratulations ππ I filled with the same profile 2 years ago and I was denied.. can you share your email to share experiences? because I refilled and for sure they are going to ask me for RFE again.

one thing that I think also helped when responding to the RFE was, I spent time to read appealed cases in the link below to gain insight into how they approach their decision making. if you are responding to RFE, it might be helpful to read them too. https://www.uscis.gov/administrative-appeals/aao-decisions/aao-non-precedent-decisions?uri_1=18&m=All&y=All&items_per_page=10
