Medical RFE replied but case status still shows Biometric
is it common where the 485 application never updates? Last month, I received a mail to submit medical RFE and it’s been a week since I sent the medical forms but there is no acknowledgement or case status updates.
I checked with Emma and apparently she gave me even outdated info like my case is still with service center even though the RFE I replied was on a service center. Any idea how to get the case status updates other than waiting for Mail for final adjudication?

thanks Maya for sharing your process. Seems unlucky and I’m guessing your dates are not current anymore and hence no visa numbers? It’s disappointing if you missed your PD for FO mistakes.
did you contact uscis via chat? my Emma experience is pretty poor and thinking of calling them after waiting for 60 days like you said. how did you get FO numbers if it’s not forwarded by customer service

@Maya Stein how long did they give you to send the RFE, I heard the deadline is around 90 days to submit RFE
