i485 rfe response
I submitted my RFE for I485 on March 28 and didn’t receive any update for more than 40 days. Finally on May 8, the date next to green tick changed and the same day the status was changed from RFE received to Actively review. I thought I will get the approval next day like most of them but nothing. Again yesterday (May 17), actively review date changed but nothing yet. Has anyone experienced the same? #Atlanta #rfe
Case is revewing by Immigration Officer?
I chat with Emma this morning and the live agent told me, " my application was actively reviewing by immigration officer on 05/05/2023"
Any experience from anyone? Does that mean i can expect my I485 approval soon? cause it provided me the exact date when the officer started reviewing cases which is 05/05

I485 Transferred to San Francisco FO
My case was Transferred from NBC to San Francisco FO (non-local) on 4/4. Since Transfer there is no update on my case. My PD is current ROW.
Does anyone know how long it take case to process in SF FO?

Regarding EB1 RFE
Received a “Request For Initial and Additional Evidence” for my EB1- B, Outstanding Researcher, I-140 at NSC.
My employer’s Immigration team says USCIS only asked for “corporate information” and it’s easy for them to reply back . They don’t need anything from me right now.
They didn’t share the actual notice with me.
Should I be worried/relieved that it’s not anything else ?
Should I expect an “approval” , once the RFE response is accepted ?

Online Access Code - Still not received
Hi guys,
I'm circling back on this matter because we still never received an online access code. We've tried every single ways to get help and nothing has been done to simply generate an online access code on their end.
We've tried:
- customer service of USCIS. We've reached out 7 times
- the chat on the USCIS website. 4 times. that led to us being able to have a followup by email with their lockboxSupport. still no resolution. they simply sent again the receipt notice only that *does not include* the online access code for some reason.
- via the online account in the USCIS website. close to 7 times or more even
Despite giving constantly the right information, those were the reasons constantly sent back:
- Unfortunately, the issue you are experiencing is not an issue for the Technical Help Desk.
- After careful review, we were unable to generate a new Online Access Code associated with the Receipt Number you have provided.
- be sure to check your spam or junk folders for the notices as well, or perhaps it has not been generated. ( we checked multiple times, nothing in there)
I would like to know if anyone is in the same boat ?
if it helps my Husband is the American sponsor and i'm Canadian (currently staying in Canada, until I receive visa/green card). We are doing the filling with the company Boundless that claims themselves have not received any information on their end. I will though reach again today.

Does rfe delays my expedited i-130 petition?
i just sent a response to the rfe via mail. was just wondering if the uscis response is going to be delayed or not?
My i-130 has been already expedited and got response within 3 days.
