My case date is JANUARY 19, 2022. Still waiting 17 months later. I see thousands of cases getting approved after my date. I really don't know what these peoole are doing in their offices.

@slim RK couple days ago I was so frustrated by seeing a lot of cases for ppl who applied this year getting their approval before me or all other ppl still waiting like me .. I uninstalled the app and I got back today morning.. I feel you and you asked me to stay strong.. I applied for my I-485 3 days after you and my I-130 since Oct/12/2021 still no decision for both .. don’t sue now .. it’s gonna cost you at least 5k $ .. save it for your home country visit .. try to expedite and inquire a lot .. a lot of inquiries do help me to finally received an email stating that my medical received and this gave me a little bit peace of mind..

@roro April 2022 I have installed and deleted this app more than 17 times, I would pay a million dollars if I had rather than living in depression & frustration!
I made a service request on April 13 they replied to it that am processing normally,
on 16th I put in another service request, they replied to it on the 17th early morning before 7 am
But they can’t just make a decision
I have already signed a contract with a lawyer, AM SUING FOR A DECISION

@slim RK I feel you .. same here all service requests I put they answered the same way .. except today they included that they received my RFE response for medical .. what’s your FO ? hope not Brooklyn FO keep me updated please 🙏 I’ll pray for you
