What Next?
Hi, I am feeling super overwhelmed today and I am just writing for guidance and help. It has been roughly 85 days since they received the RFE and my grandfather had a stroke recently. It’s been 29 days since I got a congressman to help, and like 15-20 days since i requested an expedite for the travel permit I-131. How much longer do you guys think i’ll have to wait for a response for any of the above?

NVC - Submit documents!
Hello Community!
I submitted my DS-260 in the 22nd of April. And today we submitted all other necessary documents (civil & AOS).
its says submitted on the portal. Thus, no email confirmation or anything. And when checking the “case status” it says: submit documents. is that normal? does it take time to change the status or send a confirmation of receiving the docs?

They put my case on the shelf :( Not sure now how long it will take..
over 72% cases got approved according to lawfully.. my case seems stuck or been placed on the shelf.. not sure how long more it will take but doesn’t look good :/ and it’s so sad.. no updates.. last update was May 8 23 actively reviewing but nothing in docs… or they forgot to press the approve button.. idk.. this is sad 😢

Got 10 years green card after Citizenship interview but N-400 case is being actively reviewed
I checked my USCIS account shows my I-751 was approved and card was mailed to me, but on this timeline my I-751 shows reuse my biometric fingerprints. I passed Citizenship tests on Feb 2023, but my case is being actively reviewed. Anyone have a same problem? #Citizenship #EAD
Green Card Approved!
thank you all for being my community the last 6 months. I submitted my green card with Medicals end of October. premium processing for I-140. transferred to NBC mid December. transferred to Santa Ana Field Office early March.

i485 RFE
i got a notification that they have sent a notice requesting for RFE. A few weeks ago they sent me my work permit to my lawyer's new address and sent another work permit c09 type, to his old address and it was not delivered. so the second card went back to the Uscis. i wonder why they sent my cards to two different addresses. Now I'm worried, maybe this RFE notice will also go to the old address and sent back to Uscis. What should i do? I have my i 693 ready....should i just send them without waiting for the receipt notice? I believe the RFE is for my medicals....and the envelope is ready to post. I need your wisdom my people.
