i485 RFE
i got a notification that they have sent a notice requesting for RFE. A few weeks ago they sent me my work permit to my lawyer's new address and sent another work permit c09 type, to his old address and it was not delivered. so the second card went back to the Uscis. i wonder why they sent my cards to two different addresses. Now I'm worried, maybe this RFE notice will also go to the old address and sent back to Uscis. What should i do? I have my i 693 ready....should i just send them without waiting for the receipt notice? I believe the RFE is for my medicals....and the envelope is ready to post. I need your wisdom my people.

You will need to attach a copy of the RFE they sent to you before you can send your medicals in.

You need your RFE. That was a quick turnout for Medicals after VAWA approval. I was Approved 2 months ago and have not received any email regarding I-693 yet.
Where do you usually check the case status? Because I have heard they do not really change the status when sending RFE. @C M

@Nick A yeah that was really quick....i was surprised too....please download case tracker app. this lawfully app didn't update me.
