Case is revewing by Immigration Officer?
I chat with Emma this morning and the live agent told me, " my application was actively reviewing by immigration officer on 05/05/2023"
Any experience from anyone? Does that mean i can expect my I485 approval soon? cause it provided me the exact date when the officer started reviewing cases which is 05/05

@EB2 Nepal/2023Filler Did the agent tell you whether your case is being reviewed at NBC or a FO? An agent once told me that my case was reviewed by an officer on a certain date at NBC but later when I chatted with another agent he told me they can not see when a case has been reviewed. Obviously one of them lied to me but not sure which one. I would suggest you chat with them again after a week or so to see if there will be any consistency in what they tell you.

Normally on NBC there are certain steps to be taken it will not be seen by only one officer there are several tiers. If priority date is current and interview is waived the last step would be to adjudicate it but if interview is not waived it will be sent to a field office nearest to you. Sometimes you are interviewed even the visa is not current so you might see a CRP or case remain pending until a visa is available
