I485 RFE Received
I got the update 3 days ago that the medical RFE was received after sending it on March 14th. Does anyone know how long does it take to get approved? Nashville office.

2 weeks for me and still waiting! some got approval 1 day-1week later. it’s just a waiting game rn

I sent everything back in February 2022. But I thought once they received the medical RFE it was quick to get approved

I don't think USCIC knows... different field office, but I hear all different times. Brooklyn FO, received 3/10 still waiting. I think they randomly mix them up each day. 😆 🤣. But seriously very frustrating..

@roro April 2022 - yep still waiting. leaving at the end of the month to the Philippines so we'll be back in July. Hopefully I'll hear something by then.

@thaylan silva I submitted my RFE response 86 days ago .. they haven’t updated the online account yet .. but tier 2 officer told me it’s received and I got an email today after a multiple requests stated that my response was received and my case still within the normal processing time

@Sadi CW yes you can do through Emma if you submitted you RFE response more than 60 days and if not call but don’t mention anything about the RFE tell them you want more information about your case
