Does rfe delays my expedited i-130 petition?
i just sent a response to the rfe via mail. was just wondering if the uscis response is going to be delayed or not?
My i-130 has been already expedited and got response within 3 days.

even though it is approvee . you wont receive visa until your dates becomes current. sad reality.

@M M 🇹🇹 thw date is not current for f2a . it is currently sep 2020 and his date seems like nov 2 2022z he is 2 years behind

@kate g might be a month . then you have to ho to nvc which might take couple of months and you have to wait until your visa become current .
