I-485 Non-Concurrent
Hello everyone, I filed for AOS on 04/2023 with an approved I-140 EB2 NIW with a priority date of 06/2021. The fingerprints were taken on 05/10/2023 and the case is currently located at the NBC with a receipt case number starting with MSC. I'm wondering if anyone knows the approximate wait time for approval of the I-485 non-concurrent. Petitioner belonging to the rest of the world. Is there anyone in the same situation? please share your experience
Green Card Produced?
My I-485 was approved on May 5 same time as my wife's. We received our new Social Security Card. She receives her Green Card a few days after. I'm still waiting for my Green Card to arrive. Any recommendation?

I have a pending i130 my daughter graduation Is in Florida I have my airline ticket paid for hotel, but I don't know if it's a good idea? My lawyer said to just travel with my i130 receipt.

Kids case approved 3 months back, but no green card.
Hi,
Me and my wife on EB1 had our case approved on March 2nd and our two kids had their case approved on Mar 3rd and 7th respectively. My wife and I received our GC's towards the end of March. However the kids did not receive theirs. I raised a case with an agent on Emma and the created a ticket on their behalf. We received a notice in the mail dated Apr 19th, stating that within 30 days they should receive their Green Cards. Come 19th May, no green card arrived. I reached back to USCIS via Emma and the agents were Indifferent with no real info to help with.
It will be 3 months since their case was approved in a few days and I do not see any progress in their Physical Green Card being produced or mailed.
Please help with the best set of actions that I can perform to get this sorted out. Thanks very much in advance.
Kids Physical Green Card has not come 3 months since case approval :(

Me and my wife both on EB1 got our case approved on March 2nd 2023 and our kids got their cases approved on March 3rd and March 7th respectively. We received our physical green cards by the last week of March, but not our kids. I raised a enquiry using Emma and an agent logged a case on our behalf and we received a letter from USCIS dated Apr 19th stating the kids should receive their cards within 30 days. Come May 19th , no card nothing. I reached to an agent on Emma and again they were unresponsive and gave no definite answer. I am not really sure what to do . It'll be 3 months since their cases were approved but no green card. Can someone help with any advice based on either personal experiences or any info on how to go about to get this sorted out. Thanks very much in advance.
divorce after 10 years green card
Hi folks I got my ten year card about a month ago now my marriage is falling apart I think my wife is jealous about me getting 10yrs green card as I was denied first time because of long form birth certificate during Covid now getting divorce will affect my path to citizenship? please help.
after 3rd expedite
used Emma and was told I didn’t qualify for expedite but called right after and was allowed to expedite.
reason: Financial hardship
2nd time I called was told an email was sent requesting evidence but I never received it so was allowed to request again and send evidence.
3rd
called and was now allowed to expedite on the grounds of financial hardship and being a health care worker because of the 90 day rule.
was approved 5 days later

how to process I485 after vawa approved
My vawa just got approved and my 485 was on hold(it was initially sent with I 130 based on marriage ) till my vawa gets approved . Now how I do I notify USCIS about my approved vawa so they process my 485 ? Do I write letter to Vermont or NBC ? or do they process it automatically?
C09 advance parole under VAWA - fingerprints
Hey guys, does anyone have an approved advance parole document under C09P category? I got mine when i applied for VAWA along work/travel permit. I was wondering if you also see that on the right button corner of the advance parole it says "fingerprint not available"? Is that for everyone and is that normal?
