it's just the stuff that is happening in florida that's why am asking?
Sandy ChenMay 29, 2023
if you have valid government type ID, such as unexpired passport or driver license. you can travel inside within US
rich hdezMay 29, 2023
If you here usa u can travel with your id or passport
BAYANO PARKERMay 29, 2023
@Sandy Chen he/she case is different.. you can travel with the I-130 and I485 Notices to show you have a pending AOS case. But since your case got denied, my advice is NOT to go. You guys can do Video chat. Florida is kind of hectic now. You can try and go but have to be careful

it’s funny how everybody everywhere talking about Florida law which is not even start yet, it will go into effect starting July 1st. and I live in Florida if I was you i would come to my child graduation and enjoy it cuz you only get to do this once in a lifetime

@BAYANO PARKER out off all this comments, yours is the best. Florida just passed an anti immigrant law, that is one of the harshest in the country. So I don’t know why anyone will advise the OP to travel to Florida right now with a foreign passport when the OP clearly stated that her/his case was denied. I can assure u that your best bet will be to drive to Florida if u really have to go . Boarding a plane right now to Florida is a no no if u don’t have no status. I wish u the best and this was my two cents advice

I also agree, if your Case was denied. Then you’ll have to be very careful going to Florida. Anything can happen

@patiently waiting don't do no traveling until you have another i485 pending the first one got denied so you need to hurry and put in the other before uscis turn your case over to the court but don't go especially to that damn place right now

I have a ny driver license plus my passport is not expired I came in the country on a visitor visa but, am out of status. It's just frustrating I was planning on traveling with my wife she's a usc.

@BAYANO PARKER I have a pending i130 the problem is that my wife was a LPR when she file and I was out of status so that's why I got denied. The i130 is still actively being review.

Good day, Base on my experience on the weekend my husband who is a USC, we both flew to Colorado from Miami and I also filed for adjustment of status. I also live in Florida and I did not have a problem. I just used my passport. We went to Colorado with no problem at all. Just ensure you have your receipts from uscis. This was just my experience guys.
