how to process I485 after vawa approved
My vawa just got approved and my 485 was on hold(it was initially sent with I 130 based on marriage ) till my vawa gets approved . Now how I do I notify USCIS about my approved vawa so they process my 485 ? Do I write letter to Vermont or NBC ? or do they process it automatically?

I filed an i130 that then got turned to an i360. you shouldn’t have to do anything and they should take care of it from within. if you’d like more of an insight on my situation lmk I’m happy to help

@R m My I130 and I485 were filed concurrently. My USC spouse passed few months after my petition was filed, from then I submitted the death certificate to USCIS once I received it. I was then scheduled for interview and at which my attorney advised the FO director of the circumstances and that my petition should automatically be switched to an I360. which in fact the interview officer informed me that they will within switch my petition to vawa. I got my approval next day and my green card in hand 7 business days after interview.
I had been married 3 years when I got my approval. 9 months was my whole journeys with USCIS. I hope this helps and wish you the best!
