I-485 Non-Concurrent
Hello everyone, I filed for AOS on 04/2023 with an approved I-140 EB2 NIW with a priority date of 06/2021. The fingerprints were taken on 05/10/2023 and the case is currently located at the NBC with a receipt case number starting with MSC. I'm wondering if anyone knows the approximate wait time for approval of the I-485 non-concurrent. Petitioner belonging to the rest of the world. Is there anyone in the same situation? please share your experience

If your priority date is 6/2021, that should be current right? I’m in the same boat but my priority date is 12/2021.

Yes, it's current. However, I have understood that the remaining process is for USCIS to prepare the documents for the officer's review and longer than it takes to get to the final review. So far I have only two months since I applied for I-485 and if all goes well in about 4 more months!!
