Kids Physical Green Card has not come 3 months since case approval :(
Hey Folks,
Me and my wife both on EB1 got our case approved on March 2nd 2023 and our kids got their cases approved on March 3rd and March 7th respectively. We received our physical green cards by the last week of March, but not our kids. I raised a enquiry using Emma and an agent logged a case on our behalf and we received a letter from USCIS dated Apr 19th stating the kids should receive their cards within 30 days. Come May 19th , no card nothing. I reached to an agent on Emma and again they were unresponsive and gave no definite answer. I am not really sure what to do . It'll be 3 months since their cases were approved but no green card. Can someone help with any advice based on either personal experiences or any info on how to go about to get this sorted out. Thanks very much in advance.

Hey Den, same situation here. My daughter’s GC was approved on March 2nd and haven’t received it so far. Opened 2 different e-request and nothing happened. We have a trip booked for June 17th… trying to schedule an appointment to get her a stamp, but they gave me 30 days to call me back.

Thanks for the update. I just spoke to an officer at USCIS and she told me that they would ship a temporary GC for my kids that are valid for a year. It looks like there is a massive backlog for the cards. Do share any updates you receive

I told them that it's been over 2 months and it's unfair for someone who has had a case approved, but isn't being provided closure. The officer was kind and agreed.

hey Den! I went to an in person appointment to get my daughter the I-551 stamp so she can travel outside the country. the agent said that the problem was that she hasn’t done the fingerprint code 3. that’s why her gc was not produced.

Received my kids GC in the mail today. Phew! Thanks for all the support guys ❤️❤️❤️
